Monster Mash Success
Thank you so much to our wonderful BPTO for planning and preparing for our wonderful family event. A special shout out to Mr. Wahtola for leading and updating the Monster Mash with the BPTO team. Special thank you to all the many wonderful parent, guardian, sibling, and high school student volunteers we had helping at the Monster Mash. All the extra help this year provided families with a chance to help and spend quality time with their children. This was truly a wonderful event for all. We are so proud of our Brooks family for going above and beyond to help out!
Apple Crunch day
On October 22, our Brooks Bobcats joined in on the statewide celebration of Michigan apples. All classes enjoyed eating apples together to celebrate Apple Crunch Day! Thank you to the Ajemian Family for donating the healthy snack to all of our students.
Pink Out Day--Friday, November 4
Our Brooks Student Council is sponsoring a PINK OUT on Friday, November 6. We will wear pink to show support for Breast Cancer awareness. Please remember to wear pink!
October Students of the Month
Congratulations to our most respectful, responsible and safe students for the month of October. Way to go, Bobcats! Keep up the great work!
Scout Food Drive for Community Sharing
Cub Scout Pack 42 and Girl Scout Troop 71057 are conducting a food drive to help stock the shelves at Community Sharing this year. This is a great way for our school to help those in our community that have been put into unfortunate situations through job losses or other events in their lives. There are boxes in each classroom to collect any canned or boxed food that will be donated. We would like to collect as many food items as possible to help out our community, so we are giving the class that collects the greatest number items a pizza party for lunch one day. Mrs. Brinkman's class has taken home the party the last three years in a row! Let's see if we can get a close race this year!
Thank you in advance for your donations to this great cause.
