Brooks Students Take 3rd Place in Math Pentathlon
Congratulations to our Brooks Bobcats for taking 3rd place at this year's district Math Pentathlon event at Lakeland High School. Our Bobcats showed great enthusiasm, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the event. They should be proud of their efforts and their math learning throughout the program.
Special thanks to all the wonderful volunteers we had for the Math Pentathlon program at Brooks and at the district event. We appreciate your time and efforts to support our team. Special thanks to Mrs. Denise Lynch for being the coordinator for our Brooks Bobcat Team. Mobile Dentist to Come to Brooks--April 1, 2015
Dental care remains the greatest unmet health need among U.S. children. Over 50% of children have a cavity, which can cause pain leading to missed school. Soon, the in-school dentist will be at Brooks! Enrollment forms were sent home with your children last week. To take advantage of this convenient opportunity and have your child see the dentist at school, please fill out and sign the enrollment form and return it to school with your child. If you have not received a form, please contact the school office and ask for one to sent home with your child. Together, we can keep our children healthy, in school, and learning. Please check out the mobile dentist link below if you would like more information.
